Agemark Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Worker for the Astoria community in Omaha, Nebraska. You will handle daily maintenance requests, perform repairs, and assist with emergencies to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or repair experience in building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, etc).

• Friendly, approachable, and able to interact with seniors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance requests, repairs, and assist with emergencies to keep the building safe and functional.
• Apply technical skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems to maintain operations.
• Prepare rooms and spaces for new residents and move-ins.
