Job summary

Paylocity Community is seeking a Community Facilitator Team Leader to oversee maintenance, grounds, and environmental needs in a senior living setting. The role partners with the Executive Director to coordinate daily tasks, ensure safety standards, and maintain a welcoming campus for residents.

Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, performing routine repairs, supervising preventive maintenance, and supporting safety inspections while organizing work around resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and general maintenance procedures.
• Possession of a valid Maine driver’s license may be required.
• Criminal history check and immunization proof may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
• Organize daily activities for the maintenance team and monitor completion.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and follow schedules.
• Maintain exterior spaces, parking, and landscaping.
• Clean interior and exterior areas and replace lighting components.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems upkeep.
• Perform janitorial duties and maintain safe storage areas.
• Inspect company vehicles and coordinate servicing.
• Monitor fire safety inspections and maintenance.
• Support training and evaluation of team members as directed.
• Participate in safety committees and on-call rotations.
