Job summary

Peaceful Pines Senior Living is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, comfortable, and home-like for residents across care levels. You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks while supporting regulatory compliance and high service standards.

The PMT will inspect building systems and equipment, respond to requests with urgency, and assist with resident moves, activities, and spaces to ensure a welcoming environment and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Must pass TB test and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for residents.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks.
• Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment.
