Job summary

Peaceful Pines Senior Living is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to manage the maintenance team and oversee building systems across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The PMT will uphold a safe, welcoming, and home-like environment while coordinating safety, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong carpentry/plumbing/electrical/HVAC skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, painting, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team and department operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections per standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruption.
• Support safety, life-safety compliance, and regulatory requirements.
