Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in light electrical and plumbing, such as changing filters, cleaning vents, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, and repairing leaks.
• Completion of work orders.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• On-call every other week.
