Job summary

WesleyLife's Wesley on Grand in Des Moines, IA is seeking a skilled building maintenance professional to keep our senior living campus safe and welcoming. You will perform light electrical and plumbing repairs, complete work orders, and support daily operations.

This full-time role offers a daytime schedule from 7am to 3:30pm with on-call every third week, plus opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and

• Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in light electrical and plumbing, such as changing filters, vents, lights, leaks, faucets, toilets, and sinks.
• Completion of work orders.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• On-call rotation schedule as described in opening.

• Perform maintenance and repairs in light electrical and plumbing - such as changing filters, cleaning vents, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, replacing and/or repairing leaks, faucets, toilets, and sinks

Opening:

• Full-Time- 7am-3:30pm, On-call every third week
