Oakmont Management Group seeks a Maintenance Director for Ivy Terrace at Fullerton, CA. The role oversees maintenance and housekeeping across the community, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and accessibility for residents.

Responsibilities include managing trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, daily grounds inspection, and staff supervision. Requires a high school diploma and ability to work with seniors; background checks and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years in building maintenance/housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and structural upkeep.
• Prefer one year of supervising employees.
• Able to operate a wide variety of maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care beneficial.
• Able to work with seniors and adapt to change.
• Must pass background check and health screenings (TB included).
• COVID/health guidelines may be required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance and housekeeping of the community’s interior and exterior.
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping departments to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Perform and supervise electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.
• Inspect grounds daily and address items to keep the property tour-ready.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
