Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and minor repairs for building systems.
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC basics.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, inside of building, offices, and common areas.
• Oversees repair of community equipment and trains staff on its use.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing after move-out.
• Maintains fire safety and emergency records, maintenance of systems and inspections required by state.
