Job summary

Country Gardens Assisted Living Community in Muskogee, OK, is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

You will oversee safety, sanitation, and repairs while ensuring a sanitary, attractive, and well-maintained environment, including laundry services.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC maintenance required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
