Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director with building maintenance and mechanical work.
• Track and maintain logs related to building and grounds maintenance.
• Present a professional demeanor and handle resident concerns with care.
• Walk the community to identify repairs and follow up on needs.
