Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) to lead caregiving teams, plan schedules, and support residents and families at Lynridge of Waco. The role emphasizes high-quality care, teamwork, and coordination with physicians, discharge planners, and family members.

The position requires nursing licensure, management experience in assisted living or memory care, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Assist the Resident Services Director in providing case management services to residents.
• Coordinate wellness activities and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate family involvement and coordinate resident move-in/move-out activities.
