Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to admission criteria and updates care plans per state regulations
• Maintains resident charts and progress notes
• Communicates changes in residents' needs to physicians, staff and family
• Coordinates resident services with other providers
• Oversees medications and renewals; follows proper administration procedures
• Ensures staff follow medication administration procedures and documents corrections
