The successful candidate will administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the medical team, while maintaining accurate documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, provide and direct nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Perform daily rounds and develop care plans based on residents' needs.
• Administer medications per standard procedures and maintain accurate MAR/TAR records.
• Supervise nursing assistants and monitor performance; report issues to nursing leadership.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Document resident information accurately and confidentially; ensure adherence to safety policies.
