The Arlington in Naples is hiring a full-time Cook to join the Community Culinary Services team. This hands-on role covers full-scope production cooking, following recipes and standards to deliver appealing meals to residents.

Starting at $23/hr, commensurate with experience, with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. You’ll work closely with teammates to create a warm dining experience and support resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization at all times.
• Adhere to food quality and presentation standards.
• Produce and serve menu cycles compliant with nutritional criteria and prepared per policy.
• Follow recipes and directions accurately.
• Maintain speed, accuracy and efficiency in cooking.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service and revise operations accordingly.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to enhance marketing and occupancy.
• Support driving top-line revenue and occupancy through engaged teamwork.
