Job summary

Westmont Living is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant/Activities Assistant/Driver in La Mesa, CA to support seniors with engaging programs and daily activities. The role involves helping plan events, assisting with crafts, and encouraging participation in social activities.

You will transport residents to appointments and events, document programs, and contribute to a caring, homelike environment. Training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director.
• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents’ fullest potential through planned activities.
• Assist with documenting and developing programs
• Assist with the Community’s arts and crafts activities.
• Transport residents safely to and from various locations such as: medical appointments, shopping, banks, activities and social events
• Cultivate leisure time activities such as games, puzzles, movies, etc.
