Frontier Senior Living's The Preserve at Spring Creek in Garland, TX seeks a Lifestyle Director to plan, implement and supervise a comprehensive activities program for residents, including social, educational, recreational, spiritual and transportation services. Flexibility for weekends and holidays, with budgeting and problem-solving responsibilities.

The role requires leadership experience in similar settings and involves creating monthly activity calendars, coordinating tours, and marketing

Qualifications

• Must possess a current state-specific driver's license and driving record and have transportation.
• Willingness to learn basic photography and writing for social media posts
• Good communication skills, verbal and written; English sufficient for residents and staff

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and supervise activities for residents with varied interests.
• Encourage resident participation through internal and formal networks.
• Plan quarterly in-community seminars or lectures for residents and families.
• Involve Residents Council and meetings in monthly sessions.
• Represent the community with tours and marketing when needed.
• Develop monthly calendars, print and post activities, and publish newsletters.
