Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a creative, high-energy Lifestyle Director for Wilshire Senior Living in Burleson, TX. You will plan engaging resident activities tailored to individual needs and manage calendars to keep programs running smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, assisting with move-ins, establishing the Resident Council, supervising the community store, and acting as MOD when needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in the senior housing industry or event planning preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities according to residents' needs and interests.
• Maintain the monthly activities calendar and assist Marketing Director with the community newsletter.
• Coordinate resident transportation for activities, shopping, and appointments.
• Assist with new move-ins and perform new resident orientation.
• Establish and coordinate the Community Resident Council and attend all meetings.
• Supervise and operate the community store.
• Operate activities within budget.
• Serve as MOD as assigned and perform other duties as assigned by management.
