Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI, is seeking a friendly Lifestyle Concierge to help residents enjoy life with personalized services, shopping, and companionship. This part-time, non-exempt role offers a supportive team and opportunities to develop relationships.

You’ll meet residents, coordinate fee-based services, assist with errands, and work with housekeeping, dining, and transportation teams while representing Touchmark's hospitality and Gold Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in hospitality, senior living, retail, or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residents to learn about their interests and identify personalized concierge services.
• Coordinate and provide fee-based lifestyle services that enrich residents' daily lives.
• Promote concierge services and develop ways to increase resident participation and billable hours.
• Assist residents with shopping, errands, gift wrapping, organizing, laundry, companionship, and other personalized services.
• Coordinate requests with housekeeping, maintenance, dining, transportation, and other departments.
• Welcome residents, families, and guests at the front desk and provide exceptional service.
• Answer phones, coordinate requests, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Distribute mail and packages; support events and activities.
• Maintain records of services and billable hours.
• Represent Touchmark's values and Gold Standards.
