Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI, is seeking a dependable Housekeeper / Custodian for a full-time role. The position combines traditional housekeeping with custodial responsibilities to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents.

You will clean resident homes, common areas, and facilities, dispose of trash, maintain floors and restrooms, and assist with deep cleaning projects and laundry rooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident homes, apartments, and suites.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Clean floors throughout the community (vacuum, mop, scrub).
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms.
• Deep clean breakroom and designated areas.
• Clean and maintain laundry rooms and trash/recycling rooms.
• Clean building entries, lobbies, dining areas, hallways, and other common areas.
• Assist with residential deep cleaning projects.
• Assist with cleaning vacant residences and refurbishment cleaning for new residents.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or needed repairs.
• Follow safety practices and use personal protective equipment.
• Work independently and with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
