Frontida Assisted Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to organize and evaluate personalized activity programs for residents, promoting independence and engagement. The role includes documenting progress, care plans, and participation in activities while aligning with care standards.

Responsibilities also cover leading group and one-on-one activities, advising staff on enrichment impact, and assisting with event planning and space design to enhance residents' daily experiences.

Qualifications

• Must complete probationary period successfully.
• Must be flexible and able to work alone if necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to relate to residents, families, team members and professionals.

Responsabilités

• Organize, promote, implement and evaluate individualized life enrichment programming.
• Create and maintain documentation including person centered care plans and progress notes.
• Execute monthly and weekly activity calendars for residents with group and one-on-one activities.
• Provide guidance to staff on the impact of life enrichment on residents' quality of life.
• Ensure programs meet state, federal and company guidelines and maintain compliance.
• Assist with planning community events and decorating for activities.
