Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete probationary period successfully.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to residents, families, team members, peers, and other professionals appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Organize, promote, implement and evaluate life enrichment programming for residents (one-to-one, small and large groups).
• Complete documentation including person centered care plans, progress notes and activity participation.
• Maintain brand standards and guidelines for Frontida Assisted Living and Frontida Management Group.
• Execute monthly and weekly activity calendars and provide one-on-one programming as needed.
• Assist in planning and delivery of community events or activities at the residence.
• Support design of activity layouts and displays that meet standards.
