Encore Senior Living in North Branch, MN, is seeking an Activity Aide to enrich the lives of residents through engaging programs. You will plan and oversee the life enrichment activities, bring joy, and create meaningful memories with a sense of purpose.

We offer a full training program, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for advancement. Must be 18+, and prior activity aide experience is a plus; professional development and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full training program available; willing to train the right candidate.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Activity Aide experience preferred.
