Job summary

StoryPoint in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and perform activities that enhance residents' social welfare and interests within our senior living community.

You will support the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities, assist with admin tasks, help set up and clean up activity areas, assist with transportation for outings, and ensure resident safety while upholding our 1440 culture and pillars.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate toward senior population.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Support in proper setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings, coordinating relevant administrative tasks, and upholding safety practices.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
