Carefree Living in Virginia, MN is seeking a dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator to develop and implement engaging programs for residents in a full-time role. You will create monthly calendars, lead activities, and manage volunteer involvement to enhance quality of life in our assisted living community.

Ideal candidates will have experience in activities within an assisted living setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage elderly residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities department, preferably within an assisted living facility.
• Experience working with elderly/disabled adults is preferred.
• Experience recruiting volunteers is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute monthly activities and calendar.
• Interact with residents and lead activities and events.
• Recruit and direct volunteers for programming.
• Coordinate with other departments to support functions.
