The Spring at Silverton in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join ALLURE LIFESTYLES COMMUNITIES, LLC. This role focuses on creating first impressions, building relationships, and driving leasing success at an upscale active adult community.

You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, grow partnerships, and contribute to social media content while guiding applicants through the leasing process from application to approval.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing and/or sales experience.
• Senior living experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Experience creating engaging social media content.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing community offerings.
• Deliver personalized, engaging property tours highlighting lifestyle and amenities.
• Build local partnerships and perform outreach marketing to drive traffic and referrals.
• Contribute to social media marketing to promote the community.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to approval.
• Verify application details and ensure accurate documentation.
• Help the team meet leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Conduct market research and contribute ideas to marketing strategies.
• Support team operations, including occasional overtime when needed.
