Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and ensure clean, sanitized dishware and equipment in a senior living dining setting. You will follow food safety standards and assist with daily service to help provide quality meals for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow food safety standards.
• Comfort with maintaining sanitation and cleanliness logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
