Responsibilities

• Update and rotate menus seasonally to provide variety.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Manage food ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain food and labor costs within the department budget.
• Prepare meals and assist with production as needed.
• Cover shifts to ensure uninterrupted meal service.
• Foster a positive, respectful, team-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with administration and nursing staff to meet nutritional needs and special diets.
