Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.

• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional/dietary criteria.
• Follow recipes accurately and consistently.
• Maintain cooking speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and adjust procedures as needed.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to support marketing and occupancy.
