Job summary

The Arlington is seeking a hospitality-focused Server to join our culinary team in Naples, FL. This part-time role includes rotating weekends and provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions for the culinary department.

Starting salary is $20/hour, commensurate with experience. This position requires a high school level education and preferred experience in food service and working with seniors. Background screening and adherence to our hospitality standards are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of junior year in high school required.
• High School graduate preferred.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
