Bluestem Communities is seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager for Kidron Bethel Village in North Newton, KS. You will lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals meet menus, therapies, and dietary needs while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

You will supervise dining staff, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with dietitians and care teams to support resident well-being and a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Experience with therapeutic diets and nutrition guidelines preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production.
• Ensure meals follow approved menus and dietary requirements.
