Qualifications

• 0–1 year of previous experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Food Handlers certification issued by an ANAB-CFP accredited program within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to specified temperatures following recipes.
• Assemble meals and bakery items within designated time frames and assist with events.
• Ensure safe food handling per infection control and safety policies.
• Document food, refrigeration, and sanitation temperatures and labeling.
• Maintain IDDSI texturized diets as required.
• Keep a clean sanitary kitchen and follow cleaning schedules.
• Supervise kitchen staff and communicate resident and guest feedback.
