The Woods at Holly Tree, part of Hawthorn Senior Living in Wilmington, is seeking a full-time Kitchen Helper to support dining services. You will wash, store and prep dishes, assist with serving and bussing, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment in a busy senior living community outside Wilmington.

You will work under the Community Executive Chef, follow Hawthorn procedures, and be part of a collaborative team focused on resident satisfaction and high sanitation standards.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintains food handlers permit as required by state regulations.
• Communicates effectively in English, written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Prepare, wash and store dishes according to Hawthorn procedures.
• Assist in bussing, serving and delivery of room trays as needed.
• Set tables in the dining room and support cooks in cleaning areas.
• Maintain dishwashing area and complete dishwasher temperature logs.
• Work as part of the food services team to ensure safe, efficient operations.
