Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus, processes, and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, and properly plated.
• Follow Bickford’s meal service processes during service.
• Interact with residents to enhance dining experiences.
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness per policy.
• Adhere to Kitchen Daily Task Guide and regulatory requirements.
• Keep records of resident diets, allergies, and preferences.
• Store food according to policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support tours and events with appropriate food/refreshments.
