Leisure Care is hiring a full-time Cook to join our culinary team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role focuses on preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen and contributing to meaningful daily experiences for residents.

As part of Leisure Care’s hospitality-driven senior living communities, you’ll work with a team dedicated to great dining experiences, adhere to dietary guidelines, and maintain food safety standards while supporting a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a cook, line cook, or kitchen team member.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living preferred.
• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Assist with food prep, cooking, plating, and kitchen organization.
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal service.
• Follow dietary guidelines and resident food preferences when preparing meals.
