Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Cook at Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community in Waco, TX. You will prepare meals according to planned menus and recipes, review menus and census data, and ensure timely service while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.
• One year’s work experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Review menus and census to determine food quantities.
• Follow food safety guidelines per policy and codes.
• Assist with food ordering, storage and prep.
• Serve food attractively and monitor temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
