Job summary

PMG OPCO - CLEBURNE LLC is seeking a full-time cook for Ridgeview Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Cleburne, TX 76033. You will prepare and serve meals, monitor food handling, and ensure compliance with health regulations to support residents’ health and well-being.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in large-scale cooking; long-term care experience is preferred. Various benefits are offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale cooking operation preferred.
• One year’s work experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu and ensure nutritional adequacy for residents.
• Monitor methods of food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations for food service and nutrition care.
