Fairview Estates in Hopkinton, MA is hiring a full-time Kitchen Helper to support daily dining operations. The role involves cleaning, dishwashing, food service assistance, and basic kitchen duties under the Community Executive Chef, with cross-training in other positions as needed.

Pay is $18.00 per hour. The position requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to Hawthorn Senior Living sanitation procedures. Weekend availability may be required in the busy environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintains food handlers permit as necessary to fulfill state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple duties; works well in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, wash and store dishes following Hawthorn Senior Living procedures.
• Assist in serving meals and bussing/ delivering room trays when needed.
• Set tables in the dining room and assist cooks with cleaning food serving areas and equipment.
• Complete dishwasher temperature logs and maintain sanitation standards.
• Work as part of the food services team to ensure safe, efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices and treat residents with dignity and respect.
