Creative Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Director of Community Relations for an Inside Sales role at a senior living community in Kensington, MD. You will lead sales strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, coaching a team and coordinating with clinical and administrative leaders.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in sales and marketing, and experience in senior living or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 5+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience.
• Experience in the senior living industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in related fields accepted (home care, hospice, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and processes to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide strategic direction and coaching to the sales team.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Guide prospects through admission and move-in process.
• Maintain timely sales records and occupancy forecasts.
• Develop corrective action plans when targets lag.
• Conduct market analyses and translate into sales plans.
• Collaborate with clinical and admin leadership.
