Qualifications

• Education level required: High School Diploma or Trade School.
• Five years HVAC experience or related field.
• Licensure/Board Certification: Refrigeration Technician License and Refrigeration Recovery License.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and service requests.
• Repair or replace HVAC equipment including gas systems, steam piping, pumps.
• Maintain an ongoing preventive maintenance program for the facility.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors.
• Work according to Local/State codes and OSHA standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
