National Church Residences at Bristol Village in Waverly, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician/HVAC to maintain and repair heating, cooling, and related systems across a continuing care retirement community.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 5 years of HVAC experience; HVAC certification is preferred. Strong communication and English literacy are required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of HVAC experience.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience, preferably in a long term care environment.
• Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure reliable operation of building systems across the Bristol Village community.
