The role requires supervising staff, maintaining high safety and sanitary standards, and coordinating schedules. Starting pay is $24/hour, with fuller benefits and occasional weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or hotel environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff in daily operations.
• Maintain resident apartments, common areas, and spaces in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Monitor quality standards and conduct routine inspections.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate work assignments and schedules for optimal coverage.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
