The Delaney at The Vale in Massachusetts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring resident apartments, common areas, and services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

You will supervise staff, train and coach team members, coordinate schedules, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or hotel environments.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping and laundry staff in daily operations.
• Ensure resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces are clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Monitor quality standards and conduct routine inspections.

About The Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping and laundry operations throughout the community. This role ensures that resident apartments, common areas, and laundry services are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality while supporting and coaching housekeeping team members.
