Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year CNA/HHA/RA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence, foot care, vital signs per policy.
• Assist with mealtime, cut food, encourage intake, document shift assignments.
