• 1–3 years supervisory experience in hospitality or senior living preferred.
• Criminal background and drug screenings required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Provide training and performance feedback to team.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and order in resident areas and common spaces.
• Maintain supplies and inventory and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure move-ins/move-outs apartments are cleaned and ready.
