Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have three or more years of supervisory experience in a hospital or related medical facility.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate housekeeping services with other departments (e.g., Dietary, Nursing).
• Maintain an ongoing Quality Assurance Program for the department.
• Inspect storage rooms and supply areas; ensure budget and policy compliance.
