Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Inspect resident rooms, hallways, dining spaces, and offices to maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and order cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens while tracking usage and costs.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce infection control protocols, chemical handling, and sanitation regulations.
• Resident Relations: Address resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
