Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a supervisor role preferred.
• Experience supporting housekeeping duties preferred.
• Must maintain valid email and phone for employer communication.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule a housekeeping team to maintain a clean, comfortable long-term care environment.
• Direct, train, and lead staff; participate in environmental functions.
• Perform floor care: sweeping, mopping, spill cleanup.
• Dust, general pickup of common areas; wash windows; collect trash.
• Launder resident linens and prepare bedding.
• Arrange furniture and disinfect surfaces; manage supplies.
