Job summary

The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a diligent Housekeeping/Maintenance Associate to keep interior spaces clean and well-maintained, support move-in readiness, and assist with community upkeep. You will work with a supportive team in a senior living environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, can handle physical tasks, and contribute to a safe, inviting community. This role offers routine hours with opportunities for growth and team engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living.
Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry; stand for extended periods.
Maintain cleanliness of building interiors and grounds as assigned.
Assist with refurbishing units and move-in preparations as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean the inside of the building, offices, and common areas.
Clean carpets, windows, and furniture; remove trash; upkeep vinyl floors.
Perform ground maintenance including lawn upkeep and exterior repairs as assigned.
Prepare apartments for move-ins and refurbish units after move-outs as needed.
Document and implement preventative maintenance programs for community and equipment.
