Job summary
The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in daily living, focusing on dignity and independence. Qualifications
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
- Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to the care team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with nursing and activities staff to meet individual care plans.
