Job summary

The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a diligent Housekeeping/Maintenance Associate to keep interior spaces clean and well-maintained, support move-in readiness, and assist with community upkeep. You will work with a supportive team in a senior living environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, can handle physical tasks, and contribute to a safe, inviting community. This role offers routine hours with opportunities for growth and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living.
• Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry; stand for extended periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of building interiors and grounds as assigned.
• Assist with refurbishing units and move-in preparations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the inside of the building, offices, and common areas.
• Clean carpets, windows, and furniture; remove trash; upkeep vinyl floors.
• Perform ground maintenance including lawn upkeep and exterior repairs as assigned.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and refurbish units after move-outs as needed.
• Document and implement preventative maintenance programs for community and equipment.

Highlights of the Housekeeping/Maintenance Position:
